After the Recent Appointment of Joe Strolz as President & Managing Partner and Acquisition of Juice Mobile the Mobile Ad Tech Firm Grows its Leadership Team.
Toronto, September 13, 2019 – The Toronto-based global mobile ad tech firm, Curate Mobile, has added new roles to its leadership team. Cynthia Walker joined in the position of Head of Client Success, Kira LeBlanc has joined as Head of Marketing and Communications and Michelle Edwards-Boldt has also joined as Head of People & Culture. In addition to the new senior-level hires, Graham Michels, formerly of Juice Mobile has been promoted to the role of Lead Product Manager. All of whom will report to the recently appointed President & Managing Partner at Curate Mobile, Joe Strolz.
“The connected consumer economy is mobile by default, and while this creates incredible opportunity for brands, identifying the consumer and having confidence in the outcome is harder for marketers in a mobile world,” said Joe Strolz, President & Managing Partner at Curate Mobile. “While Curate has built a platform that solves for identity and trusted outcomes, it is our talent that brings it to life and Cynthia, Kira, Michelle, and Graham are all proven, foundational talent.”
In the newly created position of Head of Client Success, Walker will oversee all advertising operations, account management and the creative services arm of Curate Mobile. Walker most recently managed client services and ad operations at Verizon Media and will bring 20 years of experience in leading client service and operations teams across brand and performance at some of the world’s top companies such as OMD, BBDO, Downtown Partners and Microsoft.
Tasked with re-positioning the company post acquisition of Juice Mobile and amplifying the global presence of the brand, Kira LeBlanc has been hired for the role of Head of Marketing & Communications. She brings a decade of experience in both marketing and communications in the digital ad tech space with companies that have gone through extensive transformations and acquisitions. During her time at Verizon Media (formerly AOL, then Oath), LeBlanc lead b2b marketing and communications for Canada and most recently oversaw communications for the brand across Canada and Latin America.
With talent being at the centre of Curate Mobile’s core values the company created the Head of People & Culture role in order to further invest in talent retention and drive industry awareness for talent acquisition. Michelle Edwards-Boldt has an extensive background that touches all aspects of the digital industry ranging from Production Management at Canoe.ca, Solutions Sales at Canwest, to her most recent role as Business Manager and Cultural Ambassador at Verizon Media (formerly AOL, then Oath) where she has spent that last 9 years.
In addition to the new appointments to the leadership team, Graham Michels has been promoted to the role of Lead Product Manager, where he will continue to oversee product innovation, development and technology partnerships. Michels plays an integral role in positioning the company as a privacy forward innovator in the mobile adtech industry, having spent the entirety of his career in the programmatic advertising industry he has a deep understanding of the platforms and products necessary to drive the industry forward.
2019 has been a transformational year for Curate Mobile, marked with several milestones in support of growth for the mobile ad tech firm including the recent acquisition of Juice Mobile last November the appointment of Joe Strolz as President & Managing Partner last month. The Toronto-based company will be attending DMEXCO this week to meet with several global partners and clients.
